So sorry to be frank, I am not trying to defame my own country but airing my opinions.
In this era, most of the Malaysian's parents' mindset are so wrong!

You know what is the reason I say so??
Recently, I have been working as a temporary private tuition teacher.
I have dealt with different types of students and their parents of course.
I am really furious at the way the parents are thinking.

They think that a good teacher must be fierce and strict.
And that teacher must gives their children lots of exercises and punishments
then only they will be reckoned as a professional teacher.
Besides, the parents also think that the teacher must
24 hours staring at their children even though they are doing their exercises or having examination in the class.
If you fail to have the features they wanted they will complaint you!!!!
Claim that your teaching method is wrong!!!!!!!!
You are not serious that is why their children get bad grades.
Tremendously unreasonable!!

What decade do you belong in???
It is 21st century now!
Do you understand what is the real meaning of a good teacher????
A good teacher does not mean that he or she must 24 hours behaving like a robot that keep staring at your children strictly and seeing them do to exercises.

A good teacher
-is a teacher who is concerned at your children.
He or she will notice whether there are any physical or emotional changes in your kids as in whether they are behaving in a normal way or unusual way.

-is someone who
put his or her best foot forward
to find the best way to teach your kids.
Not most of the kids can gain knowledge through the same way.
They need several methods to learn.

-is someone who try to befriend with your kids so that they feel comfortable to learn!!
Do you think all the kids will only learn something when the teacher is fierce???
Some kids are afraid of fierce teacher and ended up learn nothing as their minds go blank since they are scare.

If the teachers have the values above only they are eligible to be a good teacher.
Teachers do play a significant role in your kids' studies but
parents are more vital to nurture their kids...
Try to find out the reason why your kids are lacking behind the other students
but not keep changing tuition teacher or keep sending them to more tuition centers!!!!!
Do not blame the teachers indiscriminately!!!!!!!!
Stop complaining others as the fault...
The main reason is from yourself as parents!!!!!!!!!!!

The lesson I have learnt is parents like to bark up the wrong tree because they think that since they pay for the tuition fees so they have the rights to blame everything on the teacher..
