LOSE WEIGHT

I know I'm not eligible to teach others
but I want to share
my personal ways to slim down.

First thing is
control your diet.
This does not mean that you must follow a certain recipe as in only low fats low carbohydrates high fibre food and etc...
People like me cannot survive without snacks hahaha!
Life must enjoy right?
So what I mean is just
have a balanced diet.
Not too much not too less, as long as it is balance.
For an example, you are craving for cheese just
go ahead and eat but not too much a little will do.
Cakes, cookies, snacks and fast food just eat it once a while because there are really fattening!

On top of that, you can
replace snacks with fruits and vegetables.
Apple, kiwi, grapes and tomatoes are my favorites~
Oh ya I read it from some of the articles, it is good to
eat an apple before and after our meal.
An apple a day not only keeps the doctor away but also helps us to slim down.
Apple contains
anti-oxidant compound which helps to lower our cholesterol.
Anti-oxidant food are very
indispensable for people who want to slim down.
You know why?
The reason is it will
increase our metabolism.
It is
vitally important to to make sure you are getting an adequate amount of antioxidants to assist with your weight loss!!!!

Besides, you must drink about 2little water a day. (depends on your weight and height)
Water actually helps us to burn some calories and detox!!!
Detox is the most crucial thing to slim down!
Therefore
drink more water especially when you wake up the 1st thing is drink a glass of water as it helps in digestion.
Green tea is helpful too.
You can try it.

Moreover, we
should have enough sleep too.
Stress and lack of sleep will cause us gaining weight without realizing it.
The best time to go to bed is 10pm.
10p.m to 5a.m is the time where our bodies' growth happens, puberty happens, the immune system is strengthened, we restore our skin cells, muscles, joints, and internal organs brain activity is rested and strengthened.
And
avoid eating 2 to 3 hours before we sleep if you are not really that hungry.
Or just eat
light food if you are starving.
If not the protein we consumed will be stored as fat in our body!!!

Last but not least, we must
exercise of course.
There are no any shortcuts to have an
enviable body figured other than exercise
(except go for a plastic surgery!)
Exercise twice a week will do =)
And you can search for the exercise to reduce particular fats from internet.
If you want to go for a gym it is better for someone to guide you.

p/s
Slimming products such as slimming cream is useful but only for that period you are using it...
So I do not reckon using slimming products because I have tried several of them!
It is really wasting money yet I'm still attracted by them!
Stay away from any shortcuts!
